Windshield tint / film for heat reduction and dashboard leather care

    My 2016 California T has leather shrinkage on a couple of areas of the dashboard.

    It appears the previous owner didnt have the leather detailed on a regular basis.
    I am having the dashboard repaired soon.

    To further prevent from this happening again I have heard of Windshield Ceramic Tint film that if applied will greatly reduce heat passing through the windshield.

    Asking if anyone has done ceramic film applied to their windshield, by whom, any issue with visibility and are you happy with it? Im in Everett, Wa.

    Do you currently have any film on your windshield, just for nick protection?

    I have clear on several cars installed by Metropolitan. I believe they carry options for tint. Not sure if the clear has any heat protection capability, but it has sure done a good job protecting from nicks and possible cracks.

    Another great choice for protection film of all applications is "Pista Film Solutions" www.pistafilmsolutions.com 206-906-9119

    They have done tons of Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Porsches ++, including my F430.

    Tell Cesar (owner) that I sent you. He does fantastic work at reasonable prices and his shop looks like a hospital operating room. I stopped by recently and they had just done windshield protection film on a GT2 RS Clubsport and will be doing a full protection wrap on a new SF90 Ferrari.
