This guy's been getting big press attention here - genius (if he was planning to sell the 355 anyway)

    Guy, Alex,

This is the solution! Ha ha! You'd only have to move to the UK. :)

Convince the bank to give you a mortgage 50.000 Euros larger than what you need and justify it with generic "renovation and improvement" work. You shouldn't have too many problems securing this amount of "extra" if you have a good credit rating and your house is worth a lot more anyway.

Then wait a couple of months and buy any Ferrari that fits the bill... and bingo, you've got your first F-Car AND your house, BOTH payable in 25 years!! :) :)

It works, I know people who have done this (not me, before you even think of it :D )

I know these things happen :D
Even thought about something like that myself but looking at the high prices of houses around my place, it wouldn't be a wise thing to do i think! :(
Besides, i always feel more comfortable to pay cash for my cars, so i don't have to worry about them!

maybe you will sell your appartment quicker if you sell it together with a sportscar like an S2000. Ha ha! But that will leave you with no car and no home. So that is not ideal!

I once read an advert on a magazine: someone was selling a villa on the Italian Riviera, and as a part-exchange the owner would have accepted a Ferrari F40 and a 35 metres yacht. Talk about someone looking for a life-change!

    Hi,

I was just wondering the same thing. I'm building my (first) home, which cost me already much €. But cannot imagine living without Ferrari. Today, I saw this ad on ebay which makes me believe I have to swap from the Mondial T to the TR 12 cylinders. It is just not serious, but do we have to be serious in an only "one life" term ?

The ad says : the Tubistyle exhaust makes the car just scaring ;-))

NB : the gear box has been changed, after 32K KM, bad gear shifting ? Waiting for the owner's answer... and see the Reserve Met Price...

This kind of ads make me a "proud" owner! Mine is exactly the same, with exactly the same exhaust. The exhaust is definitely not scary. It is not as loud as people think. But the sound is absolutely intoxicating! :)

It is never too late to get a 12 cylinder (and a property)! :)
