Of the 500 made, only half a dozen are for sale?
Mine is alive and well and NOT FOR SALE. Guess there will be 495 similar answers. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Ha! Let's be careful with that word. I'm sure there are some abroad. But the market isn't exactly flooded. Only three in the Ferrari Market Letter, none on FerrariAds and none on eBay.
Original sales were quite close to 50/50 between USA and Europe, so I would say the distribution is maintained even today. Being a "lesser" Ferrari they are not followed by many people and on the other hand they are not so valuable that people would free the money as soon as they don't drive that much any more, so many end up sitting in long time owner's garages. That's why we don't get to see an awful lot of them all the time. Best wishes, Kare
I found one on eBay, unless you didn't count it because of the color of it. Here is a link either way: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/excellent-condition-/300600229963?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item45fd2b804b#ht_901wt_1165 This guy claims to have one on eBay, but don't see it, VIN doesn't match up either, may want to give him a call as his number is listed there: http://www.365gtc4.com/forum/default.aspx?g=posts&t=876
Check out GTC4.com. Very active and enthusiastic group of hands on owners.I count myself among them. A much under appreciated car. Mike
I took my car out today with a bunch of new F car owners. Wonderful drive on great roads. Many 360/430 and TR owners said they were amazed at how great it sounded and how fast it was. So mine is not for sale. They are great cars.

The general feeling is that 350 to 400 remain.Anyone can access and enjoy 365GTC4.com.Only owners can post. The registry provides info on a great many of the cars still known to exist. Mike
Thank you, already have this info as I was lucky enough to get copies of the original invoices etc The car apparently belonged to the Earl of Mexborough for many years and also featured in the book on Ferrari by Mark Konig Regards Greg
I love the C4, drove one in so cal in 02 or 03 and almost bought it. Opted for a 355 at the time since it seemed more convenient for my roadtrips, more comfortable and faster. I loved driving the C4, a bit cramped for me however. I think it is one of the best sounding ferraris made! I love them, especially in dark colors.
I've seen the c4 on Ebay and it is nice. I think it's been completely redone within the last year or two.
Afwrench and I are amongst the true believers in C/4's. His is a Euro, mine US. Only differences are a couple of lights, some smog plumbing and a Euro has a bit more horse power. Great cars, particularly for high speed touring. I just finished a concours in southern CT and the 2 1/2 hour drives down and back were a breeze, even in traffic. I have also done a 1300 mile trip with no problems. I am over 6' and have no trouble sitting comfortably. Many people drive by and do not recognize them as a Ferraris which helps keep the notorious gawk factor at speed under control. But once you open the hood............to my mind one of the most beautiful engine layouts of any F-car. I have seen people stop and gaze in amazement with their mouths open. Now that's fun to watch!
