As far as I know there are two of these things running around out there. The Frank Beard (of ZZ Top) car is red and is based on 250 GTE s/n 3919 GT. The yellow car was done for Hilary Raab and is based on a PF Coupe.

Nope. This one is the LWB, in fact, made on a 250GT PF by Mark Gerrish.
Ex Frank Beard ZZ Top's Drummer car was a SWB made on a GTE chassis but shortened (-20mm).

A brief note on chassis number 1443GT. Assuming this car is not wearing a reg plate that doesn't belong to it, the car is now a 250 California replica, and resides at the Strøjer Samlingen Bilmuseum (alongside a replica 1962-style 250 GTO, which has the identity of 330 GT 2+2 s/n 6477).

Is it being presented as genuine?

Judging by the plate in front of it, yes.

Ed. I had seen this car at the FOC National Meet in 2014 (and also at an earlier event but not sure which from memory) and had labelled my pictures as 1443GT but am not sure where I had this number from. However, subsequent searches online had said that this car was still the GTO spyder/cabriolet/whatever (and they still do!) and I had assumed I had the number wrong. There was a recent thread on here about the Danish museum where I spotted the same reg plate but no details on the car. Do you, or anyone else, know when the car came to the UK? Was it changed to the current shape in the UK or was that done in the US? Also, when did the car leave the UK? As with so many cars there are so many questions!

Here is the car in 2014 at Coombe Abbey (after the sun had come out!):

I'm afraid I have no more intelligence on this car - but it is unquestionably 1443GT.
