What is the purpose of this hose next to the oil filters?

    There are two additional ports on the oil filter base. One for the low pressure alarm and one for a hose with a banjo connector. Seems to get back to the oil pan (?). I could not find any description in the in the lubrication charts of the workshop manual.

    Oil feed for the (brake) vacuum pump.
