Started a new routine last week after doing a 3 day a week before. Didn't do cardio at all prior, and focusing more on heavy weight/low reps.

    Sunday: Legs
    Monday: 20 minute cardio, chest/shoulders
    Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Day off, or Cardio, back/bi's
    Thursday:Cardio
    Friday: Cardio, Tris

I usually do some sort of ab excercise everday. And my days can change depending on what I have to do after work.

5 days a week, combined with 45 mins cardio on the elliptical machine.

Back and chest on Mon and Thurs
    Triceps/biceps on Tues and Friday
Shoulders and leg work on Wednesday

Nothing real heavy, usually 12 reps on any given set

I need to shake things up though, I've been noticing that "plateau" lately that tells you that its time to do something different.

I have been lifting for some time now. Its "my anti drug." :p

Routine varies a bit because its always good to change things up.

Try lifting heavy every other day and the days in between giving it a little interval stuff to keep everything flowing.

I don't do cardio in the traditional running sense, but, do high reps and super-sets to keep my heart rate up as I lift. This burns more calories than running or bike riding alone...

Two muscle groups a day working out for about an hour and a half with a ten minute warm up on a punching bag.

Its such a natural high when your finished lifting. Gotta love those endorphins!

I plateau about once a month and it's relatively normal. Its your body adjusting to what your doing. Just change up your work out every other week. Try a few more reps on your sets and go heavier. Try different exercises than the ones your doing. And most of all, make sure your nutrition is on par with how your lifting. "If your not eating, your not growing." And it's true.

    Best of luck!
