Factory or conversion?
I'm not a Porsche expert at all, but I know Roy has a 911 slantnose for sale currently:

I know you are looking for a 930 slant nose, but would you consider a 964 slant nose?

Porsche of Greenwich CT has the ultimate 930 slantnose - a Ruf BTR with RUF vin. See: 1986 Porsche 911 Turbo RUF BTR Slant Nose Tornado Red | Greenwich, Connecticut | New Country Porsche of Greenwich I've seen it in person and it's spotless.
RUFs are usually not factory 505S cars- This one is not.
I think CNC motors has a nice one in blue. Ask for Cameron...
Looks like they still have it. I'm pretty sure it's factory

AAAAAAAH, the Slippery Slope of finding a factory 505S serial number Slantnose.

1988 Porsche 930 Slant nose grand prix white with 37K miles | Sloancars
the Sloane car would be in fact original and in fact very pricey. he finds the cars...and he gets the money!!!
Factory M505/M506 "Flachbau" cars are rare, with only double-digit US-production for any given body style (coupe, targa, cab) each year. The G-50 1989-only cars are the pinnacle of late-911 development, and they are the rarest of almost any late 911.
There is a fantastic thread on Pelican about these remarkable and unique icons. You will see they are truly coachbuilt cars:

Best of luck with your search.
Here's a Porsche document from the thread verifying the rarity of these cars built for the US:
