Does anyone own or know anybody who owns a Garage Condo at the Vehicle Vault in Parker? I have a neighbor wanting to by my little Garage (to tear it down and build apartments) and I am considering buying a hanger at our local airport... Today I stumbled across the vehicle vault online and it looks really cool! However I am not thrilled with additional fees on top of purchasing the condo, but realize the common areas require upkeep etc. prices range from 99k for a 24x24 which is pretty small, 30x42 is 229k which is a bit steep in my opinion. For 150K I can get a huge hanger at our local airport but will be alone out at the airport.. Anyway any input on Vehicle Vault is appreciated.
