I think I'll start trying FRS. My in-laws have been trying it and they love it. My allergies have been extremely mild this spring so the lower dose of Quercetin might be perfect.

On another note, has anyone ever had their allergies suddenly switch seasons? The last two fall seasons (one spent in Texas, one in Utah) my allergies have been really bad, never had fall allergies before. With my spring allergies being so mild this year, I think that my allergies may have swapped seasons on me. My allergies make me useless from April to May, been that way for about 12 years now. This recent changes has me confused.

I just ordered a free sample of FRS products from their website. It was a pretty impressive deal too, $35 of product just for paying $4 for shipping.

Was there more rain in one season than the other? Did the moisture level change seasons?

This spring has been much wetter than others, but I don't recall anything different from the fall season.

Rain keeps pollen counts down but can elevate mold spores.

I use Innate Response for my supplements. Here'a a link for the Quercitin:

Hard to find and mostly sold through health practioners...NMD's and Chiros. But in doing a Google search, there are a number of companies that are selling their products over the internet.
