I watched it on Friday. Silly movie and he mentions magnum PI in relation to the TR. But I enjoyed it. Chase scene was decent

They used several TRs, you can see three different wheels
I just hope they did not crash it for real

Don't worry, they only crashed cars that needed full services.... Kidding.

I read they totaled one and had three others for backup.

Damn. I kept pausing to see if it was a kit car, but everything seemed correct.

Damn, I bet that tr has already been sold to a recycler to be stripped. During the filming of Straight out of Compton, the TR spun out in a scene. I know because I looked at the car and after finding bits of red showing through the dealer came back and said the rear fender and engine cover were hit.

The movie companies have a budget for this. James bond shocks me with what they do to cars. I did like that they used a TR though

I’m not a big fan of watching them destroy a tr unless the car was already a piece of junk which I doubt it was.

The 25th anniversary countach was indeed destroyed in the wolf of Wall Street and yes movie companies have a huge budget but still destroying a piece of art doesn’t seem right.

Very true. Off subject I made an appointment with Steve for end of August after the Concorso. Also did you attend the Concours De Elegance in Beverly Hills this past weekend?

I watched last night, goofy movie but it had some great one liners. I was cringing during that Testarossa chase scene but Jennifer Aniston looked fantastic behind the wheel.
