I could have lived without the mask wearing angels dancing in the intro.... Come on Maserati. Its just a sportscar! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Kinda looks like an Alfa 4c with a bit of Bora thrown in. I do like the front end though. Not sure about the side. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
3.0 Turbo engine and 1400 kgs? Shouldnt it be lighter? An Enzo was the same weight with a V12 6.0 18 years ago.
How much is this thing? They don't talk much about the specs. Its over already???? No specs, no pricing, no delivery dates, not even a shot of the interior? Are you joking Maserati???? The credits are longer than the presentation of the car!
Well, I'm not so sure. My Alfa 4c has a huge problem of getting in and out and if someone parks next to you even in a normal manner you really have to squeeze. I wish the Alfa had these. But I'm not sure how well this works in racing....
Easily the most beautiful sports car on the market. Looks like a great starting point for a successful race car too. Love it!
Image Unavailable, Please Login How does it work in real life? Narrow garage in a hotel or at home? i compare this car with my 360 Modena, similar size, same clean design. I was interested. But these Lambo doors are a no go for me. Maybe the Spider will have normal doors?
No comment on the show. The car is appealing and leading edge technologically, will be a huge thrill to drive, but as has been written elsewhere the Maserati Alfieri somehow became the Ferrari Roma and the new 2020 Dino became the MC20; the divorce between Maserati and that Maranello company was perhaps not managed ideally by Fiat...but with sweater man pushing Montezemolo out and then dying there is clearly a leadership vacuum that the young Fiat heir Elkann and Camilleri -and whoever is Maserati CEO this week- cannot begin to fill.
I think its practical given the width of the car and the length of the car doors. The Enzo has it. LaFerrari has it. McLarens have them. What's the big deal?
The front view is the best. There's a lot of Alfa 4c in this. I don't think the body is all CF. My guess is its SMC like the Alfa. The interior has a similar layout to the 4c also but without the cheap Fiat stuff and higher quality details. Still no specs or pricing. At this point, I'm not impressed enough to consider it. But I will keep an open mind For sure its going to be ridiculously fast.
Starts at $210,000 available ----? 3rd or 4th quarter NEXT YEAR. So don't hold your breath. Makes a used Alfa 4C at $40 grand look pretty darn good. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Love it. Had to watch the video of the designer a few times to get past my initial reaction that it was boring. Now, I see it as very clever and elegant. I want one. Wonder if this is going to be the basis of the new v6 Ferrari....
