Tire & Wheel Shop In Silicon Valley, Ca

Similar to my other post/question regarding wheel restoration I was wondering if anyone on the board can recommend a good tire/wheel shop in the Silicon Valley Area (greater San Jose, CA).

I am looking for a shop that can mount tires with out scratching up the wheel, dynamically and statically balance wheels/tires, uses a torque wrench, doesn't forget to tighten down lug bolts ect...In short they should not perform their work like the so many (note I didn't say all) America's Tires & Wheel Works out there and know what the h*ll they are doing. Price is not an issue in exchange for good service and workmanship. Please advise.
