    I went to Alfred University just South of Rochester and some of the guys I knew in the Design School graduated and went to work for Wendell as "sanders"
    of his woodwork. Sort of like an apprenticeship; as in "you have much to learn Grasshopper."

    Cool guy; truly one of a kind!
