    Here's some images on the top from rail in the trunk area that were badly rusted where the plastic trim was riveted on the frame rails. Water got in thru the rivets and plastic being loose. Also the sealer in the wheel well failed at that seam on both sides.

    When cut open they were full of standing water and rust. Also around the windshield.
    Car is gone now but thought I would share.

    Good reminder to wash with a bucket and drive the vette when it rains!
