    Wonder how they plan to deal with the tire speed/safety issue, which has just resulted in losing the Guinness TS record back to Hennesey?

    Seems the current Bugs are 'down-limited' to a lower speed for tire limitations....

    Hennesey doesn't seem to be concerned about tire issues.....maybe the Lotus is light enough to avoid the issue?

    Will interesting......who will be first to 300+?
    And where? Bug seems OK with the VW track, where will Hennesey go next?
    Why not Bonneville? Maybe that affects the validity of the speed?

    I've heard the SuperVeyron will be a good chunk lighter than the SuperSport. Up to 500lbs which will help with the tyre issue.

    I don't think Hennessey would go to Bonnevile, with it being a light car traction could be a problem off then line.

    looks more like a Super Beetle than a Super Veyron. I bet that was the idea of the chop :p
