Those pics look pshopped to me, or at least heavily edited, especially the second one.

I still think its kind of ugly, but in every picture I see its starting to look better and better. Just get rid of that ugly roof scoop

    I don't think it's ugly.
It looks fat though, not aerodynamic at all. I wonder how it goes so fast.

I love the car. I love the styling. I love the fact that it has more torque on take-off than an M1 Abrams.

Beyond that, I have a hard time getting over the notion that this could be an Audi TT Type R with a simple change of the grill and badging.

I dont get this car at all... first, it is (to me) fugly. But hey, eye of the beholder and all that. But second, are they really going to get some obscene performance level from it? To me, beyond 600-700hp, it becomes more about the engineering to actually be able to use some of the HP rather than how much you have. 1000hp will likely spin the tires all the way to 130mph, so why is that better than spinning up to 100mph with 750hp?

Second, I have been hearing about this car for years it seems. Tons of changes, quirks, fixes and mishaps it seems like. It reminds me of the XJ220. I think when they finally release it (if they do), its going to be a massive flop. I dont know what MSRP on the thing is, but it should be $450k, but somehow I imagine its a multiple of that.

Definetley enhanced (brightness, contrast, etc.) but I think its for the better because it makes the car almost look like its glowing there all by itself.

This car gets to much negative coverage.Any one who knows about it understands that it is amazing.
The only thing autocar magazine said was wrong with it is, that is was so well engineered that it was'nt exhilerating to drive like a Mclaren f1 or a Ferrari f40.So looking at it another way the only thing wrong with it is, its to good to be exciting because youre not going to scare yourself witless trying to accesss its top end! Geez what sort of criticism is that?

Sick-k-k shots. The car is starting to grow on me. Did you catch the picture of the tire. I don't think I've ever seen a tire that wide on a production car!

The more reviews I read about this car the more I like it. I wouldn't want to own one but I sure as hell would love to try it out.

They used artificial lighting on site at the time of photography. "The old fashioned way"

.....................and the huge amount of drag caused by that ricer wing on the back. Too bad they didn't utilize the underbody aerodynamics similar to what is used on Enzos

I liked the pictures I saw of the car in it's black and maroon paint scheme. Very nice.

Not edited in software. They are using lights and reflectors to create the lighting effects in many of the shots. In some it is nothing more than an enhanced flash fill, like the photo of the two men filling the gas tank (on the website link). On others, such as the one you posted, they are lighting the entire car by portable strobes and reflectors. Most likely a small field kit consisting of two lights and some 'umbrellas'.

There is some awesome photography there.

Did anyone see the Aston in the test video footage, which passes they Veyron at speed on the 'Ring? Funny to see -- I wonder if those test drivers have friendly competition :p

It's not pretty, but it sure is impressive. Menacing is more like it. And you can't argue with the power and speed.
