I was just wondering what the general consensus was on these. I searched but couldn't find anything other than about the one that Felipe wears. Not that I could afford one, but I think they are some of the best looking watches made today, and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with them and has opinions on them. Here is a picture of the pocket watch that I think is just fantastic, and I don't even like pocket watches. Image Unavailable, Please Login
great watches....admittance price is steep hence the exclusivity. they are made by Renaud&Papi who are the Audemars technical workhorse and responsible for the Concept 1 and 2. here's my RM011FM....absolutely love it: Image Unavailable, Please Login
You are right about being exclusive, as far as I know there aren't even any stores around where I live that sell them. That is a gorgeous watch you have, BTW. Thanks
It is an AWESOME watch!! I LOVE RM watches. Ever since I saw this watch of yours here on Fchat, I looked them up and fell in love with them! I wish I could afford one, but sadly I dont think I could in this lifetime. I am glad you love yours mate, I love it too!
thanks buddy...they are very cool indeed. you'd have to be a real warchnut to dish out on them though......
If I had the means I would absolutely have one, they are works of art that you can wear and are functional. What more could you ask for? Nice ....do you know if there are any stores in the Philly/D.C area that carry these? I would love to look at a real one.
I AM a watch nut, trust me! But I dont *really* have the money to top end watches like some of you guys. I can buy the basic $10K watch like anyone else who wants to stretch the budget, but to buy a RM..........I would have to sell one of my kidneys! Again, thanks for sharing mate!! Love it! Do you know her WELL enough to score me a RM011FM (like the one in the pic) for US $5K? Dont worry, I wont forget about you if you make the deal happen!
Image Unavailable, Please Login I love this watch it’s an early (2006) RM03 dual time tourbillion. At a dealer in Palm Beach. Too pricey for me and a little unusual with the mustard/orange but very cool.
A lot has changed with RM since this thread started. My wife's group has become the distributor for the brand and they own all the boutiques in the US (and more and more of the AP boutiques as well). Getting one these says is like getting a Pista Aperta but if you can qualify, you're in! I recently saw RM again at a wedding and he's an interesting guy!
It had been a long time I had not been as badly snubbed as in the RM boutique in BH couple months ago. I came to inquire (purchase/order) RM 67-02 which would me my first RM, and left thinking this brand is not for me and I must not be the type of client they want. Still I gave my contact as they offered to recontact me and they never did. I’ll stick to Pateks and other beauties out there. RM used to be the Pagani of watches. They have become the Ferrari of watches now AP is in. Sad.
Ah, ok... If it makes you feel better she couldn't even buy one for herself and bought a Harry Winston instead. LOL
No , it’s on my desk. The pic is my hand. Maybe a similar watch as this is from my client right here in Sarasota.
I LOVE RM and start buying them as soon as they were on the market Very expensive but incredibly beauty
Bought mine from a very connected watch guy. Separately, visited RM Store in Las Vegas...they were very friendly and welcoming. Image Unavailable, Please Login
