    Thank you to Jeff on the forum who kindly lent me his mint condition alternator shroud, I have completed the 3D model and test printed an exact replica. Mine was SHOT!

    Looks good. How well does it fit? The OEM fits pretty poorly. Certainly not worth buying an OEM (if it can be found).

    Are you planning a production run? What is the material used in the printer? As strong as fiberglass? Stronger? Temperature resistant?

    Sorry for all the questions - intriguing solution.

    I can print it from any material available but haven’t selected one yet. It'll fit same as stock. I could optimize it later but there aren't any stock replacements available so a reproduction that fits as well, or poorly, as stock is still better than the prior options: none.

    No plans for selling them but if anyone wants one just PM me.
