This is the type of thinking and innovation needed in F1.

20 seconds faster than the record at suzuka? somehow i doubt that. it would be around 25 percent faster, is that possible?

First I know the car is virtual, but chew on this.

F1 is the fastest around all the tracks they go to.

F1 has a bajillion rules now.

Build a car with max power in a small light weight package and who knows what those numbers could be. The V10's were close to 1000hp, and well top fuel cars have 6-7000. Unknown territory here but no rules = no limitations on power.

Weight their are weight rules in F1, with out this and the materials avail to build out of who knows how light of a vehicle they can make.

No rules for aero active or otherwise.

    No rules against vacuum aero.

    No tire size rules.

It's easy to see that a 25% improvement over the current or past F1 cars should be easily obtainable with no rules, and no budget.
