Last week I had Raffi and Jano at 4M Body Works in Lewisville repair some curb cracks on the front bumper of my 550. They are super nice Ferrari guys.

They did an EXCELLENT job on the bumper and are very easy to work with. After they completed the work they delivered the car to Boardwalk Ferrari for some routine service work. Thanks guys.

Steve Fordham, Boardwalk Service Manager, is also great to work with.

They did a great job getting the work done as requested. Steve also had them fix a couple of other things that the car needed, WITH NO CHARGE.

I really appreciated Steve's accommodating and courteous attitude.

Thank you Boardwalk and 4M. It was a good week.

We want to especially thank the staff of the service department at Boardwalk Ferrari; especially Service Advisor Paul Frey, Service Director Steve Fordham, and the service technicians, for the work that was recently completed on our 456M GTA. Some of the work was certainly not easy to do.

We were extremely impressed with the attention to detail and thoroughness that our car received. When we picked up the car there was no evidence that it had been worked on. No fingerprints, no grease spots, nothing loose, nothing out of place. Actually, just perfect.

The Boardwalk service department went way beyond what we could have expected, anticipated, or probably deserved.

We sincerely appreciate their work, their respect, and the special attention that they showed to us and our car.

Also, thank you for the invoice notebook, the pencil, and James May’s pencil article.

    The drive home was great.

    Best regards,
    Jerry and Cheryl Webber
