Just day dreaming while tinkering on my 1966 300SE Alloy Block.. So I have this 1959 "D" injected Adenauer Manifold laying around.. I cut off the original intake and weld it to the rear of the manifold then invert it... The world's first M198 983 engine.. Should double blister a 190SL's hood and drop this MoFo. in there.. 190SL 3.0

Definitely Fuel Injected. It will have nearly the same horse power as the 300SL.

I would test weld prior to any cutting, to see the quality of weld that cast aluminum provides.
