I've been converting the pool house into an old school Tiki Room a la Trader Vic's, Don The Beachcombers.

Bamboo and Lauhala Matting for Bar and Walls, Fish Float Lamps, Frankl Rattan Furniture, Tiki Mug Racks, Carved Tikis, Hula Girl Lamps, Bamboo Fountain, Misc. Netting, Shells, Stuffed Fish, Silk Plants, Black Velvet Paintings, Indirect Lighting, etc...

Working on getting the place to have that vintage Tiki Bar layered feel,
where each time you visit you find something new you missed the time before.

Throw on some Arthur Lyman, grab a Mai Tai and this place takes you away.

Was wondering if anyone else is into old school Tiki or Polynesian Pop culture?

I know...resurrected from the dead...but, great idea! Pics of how it turned out?

I'm a huge fan of Tiki...

I'm currently restoring three Dodge Hula Lamps.
