    Good morning all. Unfortunately, I am in need of legal representation for a claim of IDV. A local attorney had been recommended to me, but he's too busy right now to take on the case. Does anyone have a suggestion for an attorney familiar with IDV claims for our type of cars?

    If your claim arises in Texas, then you would need to seek an attorney licensed in Texas. I am licensed in Washington, but I have extensive experience with handling Ferrari and Lamborghini diminished value claims - they require special handling compared to BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc. If you haven't yet resolved your claim or found counsel both licensed in Texas and familiar with diminished value, then if you can find Texas counsel who would be open to teaming up with me then I'd be glad to chat with you.
