I recently joined Hotworx. Monitoring HR and calorie burn and comparing to workout in routine gym.
It appears my HR is up 20 and I am burning twice the calories in half the time. Loving it but would like to hear from those more knowledgeable than me.

I did a Bikram yoga class. 90 minutes. Closed room. 105 degrees. 40% humidity. Once was enough for me. Plus I am about as flexible as a 12" thick tree trunk.

According to the your link, the temp Hotworx uses (at least for Yoga) is 125 degrees. Yikes!
