I won a court case against Police under threat of a driving charge.

Showed them up to be untruthful in court in front of a Magistrate .

I fully expected Police to lie under oath when I put questions to them.

Fortunately for me, I had the opportunity to question the Officer in Court, and the Officer answered honestly.

Case Closed and I won.

If you ever decide to come on another GG I will tell you all about it.

 

I've experienced the same thing AND a lying cop. I expect the cops to lie in Bairnsdale to be honest.

 

Video evidence is hard to dispute Peter.

I still think the vast majority of Police are very honest.

There are always bad apples etc...

I truly wouldn't want their job for all the money in the world.

But I'm very glad they are there. Unfortunately, they see people at their very worst and at their lowest times.
