Has anyone seen this? excerpt: "new research which suggests many of us could benefit from just three minutes of high intensity exercise a week" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tyQSzx0ofto&feature=player_embedded#!
indeed. Many people tend to be armchair researchers and think they know through the time tested method of "bro science" wether or not something is effective or not. this http://www.romhit.com/ works. I've used it, and modified the routine to include Tabata protocol 20/10/20/10 etc. I promise ANYONE here...it will hand your ass to you guaranteed last time I checked US special forces don't do "fads"
Yeah, but how many people can spend $15,000 on a piece of exercise equipment?? That's a decent car for most people out there, and as much as I would like to try it out, the cost is way too high.
Alright, I'm calling you out. Show us the results. Take a picture without your shirt on, flex for us in front of the ROM with your muscles gleaming.
"The 8% of people who are healthy and fit are often the most vocal and stubborn disbelievers of a complete exercise in only 4 minutes." I can safely say that I fall into this camp.
You are looking at it backwards. Fat, unhealthy people don't join the Special Forces and come out chiseled. Rather, chiseled, fit people try out and the best of the best get chosen. Last time I checked, Special Forces are not authorities on fitness. They work out hard, and people who are already very fit stay fit.
