    There is a video in the above link, interviewing Dan Neil about Maserati.

    Hopefully his comment at 2:46 in the video about Maserati Purists is, in the words of Mark Twain, an Exaggeration (exact Twain Quote "The report of my death was an exaggeration").

    Interviewer: "...do any of these changes stand to upset purists, the people who have been in the Maserati brand for decades?"

    Dan Neil: "Yeah, the good news is that most of those people are dying, and the better news is that there were never many of them to begin with..."
