355 Front bumper bar access

    Hello all. Can someone please advise if you can access the inside of the front bumper bar centre section without removing the whole bar. I want to put but inserts in to hold the front number plate. I want to put a washer on the back of the nut insert to support it against the fibre glass. Unfortunately my bar has the number plate just screwed straight to the fibreglass. Can the area be accessed by removing the grill?

    There is no access to do what you are thinking of with the bumper in place. Taking off the grill will do nothing as well.

    My car had the number plates just secured with self tapping screws into the fiberglass. I had the holes filled when it was repainted and then opted to secure the plates with hook and loop Velcro tape. The plates are super secure but you can also pull them off if required. Maybe give that a go.
