In Scottsdale I was surprised to see a 1970 black 365GT 2 plus 2 with polished Borranis at what is largely a muscle car/hot rod auction. Does anybody know what it sold for? I think the Gooding and RM auctions also had "Queen Mothers" but before I can get all the prices I'm guessing it went for less at Russo & Steele than the fancier auctions because their customers want musclecars, replicas & hot rods and wouldn't know Villa d'Este from Cheyenne, Wy

I got an email the other day from Russo and Steele that the 365GT 2+2 was still for sale with a current bid $230k. So take from that what you will.

I have never personally attended R&S and am not actively in the market but I am more turned off by the quality of their website then their product mix. It is just terrible.

Was there a 3rd 365 GT 2+2 offered in Scottsdale ? Could this shade of Blue be taken as Black ?
