    You know the batteries only last so long (12-15 minutes), right? And if you set the home before takeoff in GPS mode, it will return there if battery is less than 20% or you lose signal w/ controller.

    Its crazy to crash into the ocean because if you simply lose control because you cannot fly it well, the failsafe is always 'up', climb. There typically isn't anything above you (trees, powerlines) over the ocean so just gun the control up.
