Another busy week coming up for this establishment.

I will be there, I am taking the ford fusion to court this time.

 

We got a call from the Collections agency last week offering a settlement from the 'shop'.

I instructed them to reject the offer, with the following statement : "Go pound sand. You stole a sh&t-load of Ferrari parts from me. I want my money."

Basura. It doesn't appear as though you have an actual dog in this fight so if you've been sent in as a cheerleader for someone else, I have to say that messing with the guy's livelihood isn't the best way to get your pals paid. If there are professionals doing something then so be it.

Running a business isn't for everyone. That's why there are owners and there are workers. I'm sure any small business owner will attest to the fact there are ups and there are downs in it's life and some pass the test of time while others don't. As for this shop..... I have been in there more than once and have had to sidestep through all the cars every time so I'd say the test has not yet run it's course.

I have seen many positive testimonials for his shop and to his acumen by many here (one in particular) and find it rather amusing and ironic that here I am, the first one saying this. Some people never cease to amaze me.......

 

This site is a community that exists to share information and have discussion regarding Ferraris, other cars, product and service providers and related activities. If your goal is to share information that is beneficial to the community, such as preventing other users from suffering a financial loss or shoddy service, then that's laudable. Remember though that there are libel laws and that the party being discussed will also be entitled to respond or may request moderator review or may take action outside the forum; but if you are confident in the truth of your statements and your post is made within posting conduct guidelines, then that is likely an acceptable topic.

On the other hand, if your goal is to use the communal nature of this forum for purposes of "getting even" or you're just passing on second or third hand gossip/rumor, then that has reflected back on the poster as often or more than it has on the intended target.

As an example, Rut_Land's post above appears to convey purely factual information; but the Rut_Land account above appears to have been created solely to post anonymous statements. What are the motives here?
