So ..... been searching the forum and noticed a few threads on Jack points for the 360 Spider.

Need to fix my curbed wheels hence the question.

My Ferrari specialist indicated that you can also jack the 360 Spider rear from the steel axle on either side of the rear tyres.

    Anyone heard of this?

Says that it's the only steel part of the car and it's safe.

If you look under the car you'll see the spots. Never heard of jacking it up by the axle, for the rear there is a round pad just in front of the tires. There is a spot open and you don't need to remove the tray to do it. Similar in the front.

At the front of the car, Use the frame extrusions just behind the front wheels to the inside of the rocker panels. At the rear of the car there are large round jack points in front of the rear tires, which have round holes in the rear underpanel to access them.
Do not jack the rear of the car up using the oval tubes that go across the rear of the car, as you will crush them if you try to lift the car using them.
Your mechanic is wrong, there are no steel axles that you can use to jack up the car. The whole chassis is made from aluminum, there is no steel in the chassis.

All good - had a wheel repair guy assigned who usually works on Ferrari's at dealerships.

Found the front and rear jack points - no problems.

Thank you very much to those who contributed to this thread. Much appreciated.

I've only had my 360 9 months and have no need to jack the car up yet thankfully, but I remember reading that people have used hockey pucks to put on top of the jacks to protect the jack points from damage.

There are literally tons of threads on this all over the forum using the "search" feature. Unlike many other sites, there is no dangers looming using the search term "jacking".

Thanks Redneck for your insightful remark.

When searching at the time, found there’s also a lot of differing opinion and contradictory advice in those same threads.

Thanks to the individuals here who actually offered something positive to this thread. Peace.

The 360 jack points have not changed in 20 years. It’s well documented. Peace.
