Of course in Europe, it might be better called "Cars & Expresso". But the whole idea of a weekly or monthly car show that is open to the public seems to be unique to the U.S.

Are there any weekly/monthly shows - big or small - that is open to anyone? Kinda like this

There is a regular one at the Ace Cafe in London. I've never been to it but it sounds very similar, except it is in the evening and they have a pint instead of a coffee.

    Cheers Jim

Ron, there are similar events but not as common as in the US. Ace Cafe in the UK is probably the most regular. They have events with a rolling theme. One week it's americana the next supercars the next bikes. There is also the Brooklands Breakfast, something like the first sunday of the month but you should check in the UK forum for that. Here in CH there is a classic meeting near Zürich once a month. So they do exist, but as you say not on the scale they seem to happen in the US.

So why not just start one? Pick a nice place with large level parking lot, and
post an invite in your F-Chat section. Start a new trend in your area :)

In Europe drivers tend to drive instead.

These kind of meetings seem to be more popular with the (Japanese) tuning crowd here in The Netherlands. Usually they gather at the McDonalds parking lot and compare spoilers and sound systems.
