Derek Jeter's new house is now completed

If you stay in the middle of the house, the neighbors are WAY more than 50 feet away.

 

I'm sure that's what many Kia drivers say about Ferraris...

 

Me too. This thing is grotesque. I thought of Jeter as a (relatively speaking) down-to-earth fellow and a man of taste. This house gives me the impression that I was wrong on both accounts. It's hideous and jammed into the lot, and while it's as big as a Best Buy, it's also as devoid of style as the average Best Buy location. Ugh.

Oh well, when Mr. Jeter comes to his senses and goes back to a more modest house in the Tampa area, perhaps he can sell it to Albert Pujols. It's almost big enough to contain Pujols' ego.
