That definitely is an option. Total travel time is about the same and I'll need a hotel en-route anyway. Wade, I would do that for sure, you would save (819 miles of wear and tear) Sanford-FL to Lorton-VA on your car, not to mention stone chips, cracked windshields, crazy drivers, and over heating in traffic on 95. That alone is worth taking the train in my book! Cheers!

I vote for the image with the multiple Mondials. I like Mondipalooza better than Mondifest, but not a strong preference either way there.
You know they say Hershey is the "Sweetest place on earth." Maybe a catch phrase like "Sweetest Mondials on Earth" might be interesting for the logo instead of the "Ferrari Mid Atlantic" comment. I too like the multiple Mondial pic the best. By the way, there are some F-chat guys who can silk screen a cool T-shirt for the event. Joe, what's our friend's name in NJ who made the Miglia Mille shirt? FWIW, I like Mondipalooza better than Mondifest. Fellas, we still need a date. Do you guys think Thursday to Sunday, or Friday night to Tuesday is better? It matters because I'm going to have to request the week off. I personally prefer we don't overlap into two different weeks.
Agree with jgoodman to replace the mid atlantic logo with something catchy. Mondiali del Mondo (Mondials of the World) to suggest everyone is welcome from everywhere, or even Mondiali Mondial (Worldwide Mondials) I dunno - something Italian and classy.
Dates The end of June always works for me considering the 30th is my bday . I usually just close the factory and give everyone the week off past the 4th. Any day from 6-28 through 7-5 is fine with me. I'd like to hear from the rest so we can pick a 2-3 day span that works for everyone.

Jay, The more I read, the more I get stoked about this event! I will definitely bring the car from Montreal, just not sure if I will trailer it out or drive the 8 hours... All of your recomendations are noted and look great, my wife will enjoy the trip.
Happy wives, happy Mondial guys. OK, may I suggest Saturday June 29th, 2013 to Tuesday July 2nd as really the best dates for Mondipalooza 2013. School is out, people are off, and July 4th, 2013 is a Thursday next year. Then, if guys want to hang around in this area or do touristy stuff for July 4th in NYC, Washington DC, or Philly, or the NJ, DE shores, you can.

I think it would be a good idea to start a new thread called 2013 Mondial gathering to help other chatter that don't know about it. Just a suggestion!
My company closes the week of July 4th so that helps me. I have to go somewhere anyway, and my couch is not much of a destination. This will spur me to get my conv top repaired soon. Just in case. I still like the upper right graphic with the 84 cab, but the other one with the line of Mondials is ok. Warning, being a systems engineer - graphic taste is not my strong suit.
