September 16- Colorado English Motoring Conclave Oak Park- Arvada 8 am- 1 pm http://www.thecoloradoconclave.com/pages/conclave.htm Having grown up washing my dad's Morris Minor, this would be a very interesting show for me personally.
Thanks! I needed something like this so I can stop missing out on all the fun. Is there a show at ACC every year? (I thought there was one last year that I missed out on)
Here is some pictures from last year. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=111856 Yeah there is a show there every year. But if you were thinking of entering in the show I think the deadline is already past. June 10- Exotic Sports Car Show and Concours D'Elegance 9 am- 3 pm http://www.cpco.org/concours/index.htm
I forgot to include this wonderful event in the listings: September 2- Rocky Mountain Concours d' Elegance Broadmoor Hotel, Colorado Springs http://www.rmconcours.com/home/index.cfm
Re: show at ACC 6/10. There is no deadline to enter, but the price goes from 30. to 50. after 5/23. You can sign up at: www.cpco.org/concours. Your can have your car judged (Ferraris ae done using FCA standards i.e. cleanliness does not count, originality does). I will be one of the judges. It's agreat show. Dave
Thanks for the clarification Dave! Sorry I was thinking about the sponsoring deadline and the car registration deadline was the same date.
Agreed, thanks for clarifying. Again reiterating, neither the Automezzi nor the Cerebral Palsy Concours d'Elegance registration deadlines have passed, and the CP deadline is just a price "bump" (late registration is a little bit more). I'll be at both shows this year. Ferrari is the featured marque for this year's Automezzi and the club (local FCA) is gearing up to support it heavily from what I can tell. --Mike
Attached is the registration form for the Cerebral Palsy Exotic Sports Car Show / Councours d'Elegance. Image Unavailable, Please Login
thanks for the listings....what could be better than the rocky mountains, beautiful colorado summer weather and exotic cars...pure heaven!!!!!!
Just wanted to drop a invite for a rather informal monthly gathering I'm organizing. Would love to see some of you there. It's in Lafayette CO. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Aspen Highlands. Free admission. $25 entry fee last year. About 35-40 cars. 4 Trophys awarded...votes by public. My 360 F1 Spider was the only Ferrari. Won Best Babe Magnet trophy. There was a Carrera GT. Pictures were posted in this forum. Image Unavailable, Please Login
This could be a fantastic show. There is a wide spread of Ferrari's in the state, from the 330 America, a chairs and flairs Dino, a good sampling of 80's machines including a 288 GTO, an Enzo, some F430's, and I guess now a 599. If all of the above show up I would be happy. -F
You could enter your Ferrari in the Glenwood show, but as it is hosted by the MG club, it's really geared toward Brittish cars. A couple photos in this thread: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=109279 It's looking less and less likely that I'll make it to many events this year. I'll probably drive the 308 to the Glenwood and Aspen shows, but not enter it. These little kids of mine are taking all my time. Phil, I'll look for you and your 360 in Aspen! I'm thinking about doing the FCA fall foliage tour this year. Anyone here done this in the past? Anyone going this year?
Matt: I have done several FFTs. My understanding is that they are going to do wine tasting in Grand Junction. This was the destination for the first FFT...which was great. You will enjoy it. We have already done it so we'll probably skip it this year. You may see us at the Ralley...I like British cars even though they drive on the wrong side of the road. Thanks for the info.
We went on the FFFT 06 last year for the first time and had a fantastic time. We met a ton of great people and it was extremely well organized. Already have it on our calendar for this year, it was that much fun!
