"A Canadian boxer killed in a Dubai car crash early Sunday had posted an Instagram picture of himself with a rented Ferrari only a day earlier, telling his followers he "wouldn’t speed."

Cody Nixon, on holiday in Dubai, is believed to have been driving the Ferrari 458 Spider with three passengers when it crashed into a lamp post. On impact, all four passengers were thrown out of the car and died from injuries they sustained as a result, according to the Dubai police.

Nixon had earlier posted an Instagram picture, in which he had donned Emirati national dress and posed inside the yellow Ferrari. The caption read: “Just landed [in] Dubai and picked up the Ferrari! Don’t worry I won’t speed”

 

There were 4 people in the car, 2 men and 2 women. One woman was the Boston bombing survivor.
Two women sat on the passenger seat, and Cody sat between driver and passengers (maybe on the bridge, compartment for phone and charger). Looks like the roof was opened and at least 2 person without seat belt.
