Hello, everybody Just trying to help out a long time friend trying to find a F40. Looking for a clean good histroy car and dont mind have to do a major service. For the time being only considering US cars. Let me know what you have, Have a good one everybody.
Try Driving Emotions. F40 with less than 200 miles. https://www.drivingemotions.com/1992-ferrari-f40-c-484.htm
193 miles..jesus. probably $500k to $700k more expensive than a 5000 miles car that you can drive without losing $100 per mile.
Why is there a messed up looking clear bra on the front if it doesn't get driven? Did some come with it from the factory?
Guess that's what an 18 year old 3M clear bra looks like question would be how much paint comes off with it now?
I know of no F40’s for sale. But I would rather drink old un-opened lead paint than deal with that bozo. It will forever escape me why Ricambi sponsors videos for him.
Dan is a real asset to a lot of DIY guys. I wouldn’t have bought my 430 without his videos showing the car is relatively easy to work on. We could use more folks like him. That’s why Ricambi sponsors him.
He was ok at first, but gosh, the perceived self importance and political commentary just ruined it to the point that the videos are just unwatchable....that head just kept getting bigger and bigger to the point where it's almost proportionate to his nose.
be careful buying cars from driving emotions. they had a fraudulent PPI done on my countach and they delivered it to be running on 6 cylinders.
a 28 year old F40 with only 193 miles probably needs a complete mechanical rebuild before being driven hard safely.
Terrible? Maybe "not nice" at best...but do this: go try to have a semi-political conversation with him where you may disagree with one his stances, which he is all too happy to trumpet, and see how much of a "nice guy" he is after that.
