My 1995 348 Spider is on a container ship traveling from Houston, Texas to Bremerhaven, Germany, for a road trip in Europe. Recommendations for breakdown/towing insurance in Europe? We will be driving in Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Italy and Spain so insurance which would provide coverage and services for all those countries would be preferred.

    Thanks for suggestions.

Just be careful when you drive to France because the speed limit on road has changed. It is now limited to 80 kilomètre per hour (50 mph) instead of 90 km/h (56 mph)

Any insurance contracted in one of these countries covers for all over Europe. So take it in Germany when you arrive

To make things worst, the speed limits in France changes frequently on road sections and some signs are now obsolete with new law. it is such a mess!
went there and after trying a bit the speed limit just ended up giving up and had a blast.
I am expecting mail shortly to decorate my office wall. You cannot escape being pictured even when you try to do the right thing. they have them EVERYWHERE!
Not worth driving in France anymore. It is just punishment even the freagging round about every 100 yeards!
