Best sound setup for GTC4 Lusso ???

so many thoughts and ideas for the best sound setup for this V12, from performance shops to my dealership and regular mechanics, i need to hear from members here that have actually done it, my choices are:

- 200 cell cats with OBD so there is no check engine lights on.
- Catless pipes with proper tuning and leave factory mufflers with valves open.
- X-pipe and rear mufflers with valves open as well.

whatever i do will have to be either with Capristo, Kline or even FI as the prices for Novitec are just insane and the waiting time is about 3 months, I already have put on this car the Novitec switchtronic to keep valves open, but i just dont hear much difference at all, want to really hear that V12 purr the way it should.
