You are looking at an extremely nice example of an original 911 Carrera Cabriolet. 1984 was the first year of the Carrera 3.2 motor, which some experts will say, it the best motor Porsche ever built. This example is a 2-owner car, with the first owner having the car from 1984 to 1994. The second owner, a friend of the first, had the car since 1994, but had put the car in storage in 2004 due to an illness, only to come out for its yearly inspection.

As you can see by the photos, the car shows extremely well and has been looked after and cared for by its owners. The paint is in very good condition overall, rating it an 8-9. The car has the optional Porsche front spoiler and rear whale tale. There are a few minor items that should be mentioned: The front bumper was scratched in a parking lot and has been repainted back in 2007 while it was on its way to get inspected, the front hood was repainted at some point in its life for some chips, and there are a few small marks on the panel under the rear bumper. The wheels are the original 6” x 16” and 7” x 16” Fuchs Wheels with the black centers recently being refinished and are shod with an excellent set of Michelin Tires.

The interior is all original except for a new Pioneer Bluetooth stereo. It is extremely clean with the original carpets and the optional, rare, sports seats. Just prior to it going into storage, the convertible top was replaced with a factory correct top and plastic rear window. Along with the new top, the car still has its original boot cover that came with the car. Everything in the car works perfectly as it should.

The car has been well cared for and has been serviced and maintained during its ownership. In addition, it just went if for a full mechanical inspection, a full service and all fluid change, tire balance along with several other items and came out of the shop running great and a clean bill of health. Receipts available on request. In addition to the receipts mentioned above, all service records dating back to July, 1997 will be provided with the sale. the car also comes with its original books, tools, spare tire and jack.

This example would be a great vehicle for a Porsche enthusiast to add to their garage as an investment, or someone just looking for an extremely fun convertible that will keep giving back daily enjoyment.
