Little did I know that a T Cab was so fast... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4572152362&sspagename=ADME%3AB%3ASS%3AUS%3A1 My T Cab was seriously winded at an indicated 150 on the track...maybe this one was used in the Charlie Sheen movie where the dropped a car out of the back of a plane. Thankfully, his listing will only sell in the US insuring that this beast will not leave our shores... - TCab...
Not only is it fast, it's advertised as having: cruise control driver airbag power seats 'no clutch' wow
It looks like it is parked in front of Monticello. Maybe it was Thomas Jefferson's car during the presidency? BT
there was a guy here , I htink in the "classic" fchat days ed salla something like that that had an awesome twin turbo Mondial..don't know if it was a T but it was super hot...I don't know what happened to him or the car, I think he mihgt have sold it ( even on ebay)
225MPH is ~140MPH, which is in the ballpark for a t. The "no clutch" thing refers to the valeo electronic clutch option that was available for the '93 cars.
I think I vaguely remember reading about that when it came out. Exactly how did it work, and what was the point?
Agree. Not a Ferrari VIN. And 225 mph?? Never. I don't care how many horses that puppy is pushing out. The aerodynamics of the car make it impossible to go that fast. With 350 HP, never happen. And the gearing makes it mechanically impossible. Just ain't happening. It's even harder to get going that fast in a car with a 5-spd and NO CLUTCH! Hey, the guys in Houston. How about someone down there contact him about seeing it and taking it for a test drive. Let's find out how fast it will REALLY go!!
Couldn't tell you exactly how it work but you basically you have a 5-sp stick and no clutch pedal. The point was you didn't have to learn how to use the clutch pedal. The value of this feature is clearly subjective.
It didn't sell. Not even one bid. Can you believe it? I thought someone would want to own the only Mondial that can achieve 225mph! Maybe some Enzo owners looking to step up?
