    Can anyone help?
I am looking for some images of Dino 246gts targa roof front locating pins if possible.
The Targa roof that I have has only M8mm studs showing.
Are these pins tapered mild steel with an M8mm stud at the other end or the same as the 308?
    Regards,
    James.

    Synchro,
Thanks very much for your reply regarding 246gts targa locating pins.
Are these pins parallel and blind down to where they screw into the roof?
My last question, if you can help is:-
What is the finished diameteter of the pin and how long are they?
Sorry to be a pain but these pins on my targa roof have been lost.
    Regards,
    Jim.

They look like an M8x30mm that somebody put on a lathe and turned down the threaded portion.
    30mm long

    Synchro,
Am I right in saying that the external turned down part of the pins are 30mm long with no thread at the end as shown in the image you sent.
    Regards,
    Jim.

    What?
A simple response without even a hint of a photo regarding the second Dino targa top you purchased and subsequently painted 70's style...

"way back" from a Dino owner who measures ownership in decades.

Am I correct in recalling that next year you will hit the milestone of having owned your Dino for 40 years?

scott, i recall a long phone conversation with a young BORA owner who was contemplating a dino purchase !! we go back a few decades for sure ! 41+ years with #05954 . i will add DINOS were never cheap even then , contrary to many statements referring to "back in the day ".
