Can someone explain the point of posting a car like this on ebay? It is not like it's a GTE or a T-Bird. It's not like by positing it they'll give it "exposure". It is not the kind of car for your average more-money-than-brains Joe.

There are only a handful of people that want this car, and they all know all about it already. It is a car for either (1) the real astute or (2) a dealer. In either case, both these types know all about this car, its owner, its history, its price tag and its worth. So, what's the point of posting it on ebay?

    Dear Mr Shaughnessy

I believe this site was made to talk about Ferrari'S, and not to talk about Ferrariowners financial situations.

The owner and contact information was given to anyone who wants to purchase the cars.

They need not go thru ebay -Robert Muis or Bruce at Fantasy Junction to get to the owner.

There is merit to my post and added information to help negotiate.

I dont understand that people who are 'not subscribed'
are trying to sell (or give informations) on Fcars for about 450.000 $ on Ferrarichat.com, cars that are for sale on ebay ...........

why don't you pay the subscription before proposing something, thats my simple question.............(and there is nothing about the profile either, really nothing)...........how can we be interested in such sellers.....

I paid my subscription as soon as the chat asked me, helping to support the community.

    MY OPPINION of course,

Happy New Year to all, greetings, Vincent.

    1. Tom is not trying to sell this car or any of the others. Zach started the thread and everyone else here are only providing additonal information, including yourself. Why would we not welcome additional information from Tom, whether he's chosen to subscribe or not?

    2. Subsciptions are optional for a reason. Tom is very well-known in the Ferrari community (see this thread) and his contributions to FerrariChat are appreciated by most everyone else here, as are those by other non-subscribed users such as Gerald Roush and Ed Niles.

Tom is a longtime and respected member here and like he said, there is nothing stopping him from posting what he knows. Your post was quite frankly, rude.

Pauls financial problems usually revolve around the need to sell some rare and expensive Ferrari's in order to buy some other rare and expensive Ferrari's. Pretty much like the rest of us only on a larger scale.
