    A lot of details on the front end seem different, the hood crease that disappeared, the grille, the headlight chrome surrounding , bumper and possibly blinkers. Did the car had an accident in the front, as there are so many small but obvious changes?

    Yes, the rear section of the coachwork is a little too broad, but it doesn't make the car any less charming.

    I'd be interested to see photographs of the restoration. It looks as though the entire nose was re-created from whole cloth.
