1st meeting of the Greenville (NC) Ferrari Owners Club

So, how has everyone been doing?

 

I didn't know there were any F-cars here in Greenville. I've only seen that black 997 and a few 996's, a few Vipers, and a Carolina-blue Boxster.

The closest I've seen Ferrari's was in Raleigh.

 

I've only seen a 996 around Washington and greenville. There is a Bently Arnage here in Washington. I've seen 2 Ferrari 360 spyders in greenville, but both were at a car show, and they looked EXACTLY like Marc's. There is also a blue Lotus Elise here in Washington.

 

Red 348ts today (6-2-07)in Greenville, NC on near Arlington /Memorial intersection.

White Maserati Quatroporte about 6 weeks ago near Colonial Mall. I also saw silver Bentley Continental GT last fall on Arlington.

 

That 348 is for sale at AutoMax at the GV blvd/Mem Blvd intersection. I test drove it last week.

There are a couple Conti GTs around...

Haven't seen the QP.

 

Hey I'm a Ferrari lover in Greenville, new to the boards here. I believe I about broke my neck one time watching someone pull into pirates pub with a red 360 as I drove by. That was about 3 months ago. Seen a few other exotics here in G-ville, not to many though. Mostly Carreras.

 

Are you interested in getting another Ferrari?

Why the 348 instead of the 355? You should go for the 550 or 575 and get yourself a V12

Or you could be the only person in Greenville with a Lamborghini (that I know of)

 

I'm not looking for a 348 but this one came up locally so I took a look.

My plan is to get a 575 in a year or two and then start acquiring others like the the 355, 348, 328, 308, etc...all the while holding onto the 360.

I doubt I'll be getting a Lambo...that'll be Jools at some point.

 

That is awesome. the 550/575 has an awesome sound to it. That V12 is a beast, there was one at the car meet, it didn't gun it, but it had a mean growl to it.

Saw a red 360 on Charles last night.

 

That was me, cruising with the g/f. What were you driving?

 

My friends Yukon. We were coming back from playing some tennis. We saw you buzz past us around Mcallisters(corner of Greenville Blvd, Charles).

 

No matter where I am in Greenville, I never see you Marc haha.

I've seen that 348 btw.

 

You must not be hitting up Waffle House much, haha.

I think I will be bringing the 360 down in July when we come for our visit with the in-laws. I will give you a pm with the dates if you wanna hook up.
I was able to win a gold concourse award with mine at the Reading Concourse, very cool! I am also planning a trip to "mother land" to tour the factory, should be a blast!
