I have 3 other Viper Owners interested, one is a Policeman. Glad to see the time moved to 7:00am. It will help get more people to come out...

First, off I will be hosting pix and vids etc at my site yuppieracing dot com.

    Sunday 11/28

Again the main meet will start at 7AM on the street of 60 Long Wharf
    Boston, Massachusetts 02110-3602.

If you would like to meet earlier and drive through deserted Boston streets with a few of us, you are more then welcome to! In this case we will be meeting at 6AM at 35 George St, Newton MA. Otherwise meet us at the pier.

Sometime between 9-10AM we may park at the private lot by the Hotel, or use the Aquarium parking (depending on how many cars wish to stay) and grab a bite to eat.

Should we need to move to alternate ralley point, the new RP will be the Holocaust monument up the street on Carmen Park, Congress Street near Faneuil Hall. This offers on-street parking (albeit parallel parking). Although I doubt this will be necessary.

    List of attendees to follow...

    Dude it's NOVEMBER 28!!

    Not tomorrow!!

Btw, awesome time at lunch! Sorry I ended up at the wrong place first -- but as anyone who knows me will tell you: I am at a loss without my GPS.

So it's the following sunday -- November 28th!!

If there is a moderator around, can they change my post title to reflect the date?

Unfortunately the "Cape Contingent" won't be running up to Boston at 5AM, but you boys and girls may want to think about turning up the volume too loud on those Tubi's at 6AM. I can't imagine Boston's finest has much to do on a sunday morning and they would love to find a gaggle of Fcars tearing up the back streets. So much for flying under the radar of early morning. Good luck!

    Guys,

Who is meeting in Newton? Post details for Newton meeting.
Is there a chance to have early blast thru empty tunnels in Boston?

Let me know what to bring 360 or CL55.

i think at least 10 people are meeting in newton. possibly more. tunnel blasts sounds like a great idea! the sound of a 360 echoing off the tunnel must be incredible! id love to hear that.

I am game for tunnels as long as the noise does not cause the weak concrete to crack when we are in them!!

The address for Newton is 35 George St, Newton MA. It is right off Newtow Corner and off of center Street.

If you plan to meet us there, it is important that we get a head count so we can wait for you. As such, if it's not too much trouble, can those looking to meet us in Newton Sunday either post here or on my messageboard here: http://www.yuppieracing.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3 or drop me a pm?

My cell is 857 919 1831, for those who are meeting at oh-early.

The tunnels can work through the route, and there is a baby one on storrow :) Let's see how time is, because we need to be able to meet people at 7AM...unless we extend the romp a little longer.

Let's see how many people are meeting us in Newton first.

Nabbs, any list available of car models attending? With a list we can get a comprehensive representation of marques, and not a repetition. Do we have a few confirmed 360s?

My stallion would love to show, but she is sitting on a stand at FoNE-

Should I bring an A8/S8 clone instead? Nene might bring the RS6 I hear. Is this going to be a mostly Muscle/Euro Car meet, or will an NSX be welcome?

I know there is concern about the weather, let's wait till Sat and see what happens. It is very likely that the early AM will bring slick roads with dew. If it's a steady downpour I will cancel, but a light drizzle is fine with me.

    Thanks for reminding me...

I will be there at 6am sharp on Sunday rain or shine. We are not cancelling this event. Too much effort has been put into it to make it happen and winter is going to be here anyday. This may be the last chance to get the cars out. Also, Boston is quite beautiful in its own way in the rain/fog. It will be good shots no matter what. Thanks again Nabbs!

Wow, if half that list shows up, this will be amazing. Aside from the NSX, and the STI, it does look totally Euro/Z06. The only reason I am apprehensive, is because I saw some Jap.car owners posting reluctance to attend. It reminds me of a base DSM that somehow ran in one of the NY Lambo runs and ended up causing a disruption.

I was thinking that GPS could come in handy if our route gets messed up with a few red lights. I'm sure Nabbs has Pike/Storrow/93 tunnels planned. If so, I'd participate in a silver G35 Coupe with totally darked out windows. I also am able to run 2 police scanners, so I will be prepared.

This is my first post on this great forum.
I know meem, so if he posts here, it must be a great place.

I will be showing up, and bringing an Audi RS6.
I'll try to make it to the Newton rendevouz spot, but worst case scenario, I should be at the Warf.
