Just discovered this and however unlikely I hope some of it gets on the road, Maserati really need a bold new design, it’s such a shame a company that once produced the A6 series, Sebring, Mexico, cars has just lost their mojo over the years

Yeah you are a hundred % right Adrian...If you asked me would I want a modern day Maserati...No way...Would I want a Maserati like Pete’s ?...1000%...The old ones are gorgeous....

 

Apparently so, I read that too and I previously overlooked the Roma, I didn’t really appreciate its design but I really get it these days, it’s really great art

I do not get the bloody awful grills,Massers never looked sooo bad IMO....much the same as Rollers have gone.

 

Same here Adrian...I’ve totally switched...458 Speciale really nice BUT...For that money you are in BB ,330, 246 Dino territory...I’d rather go for the old HOS...Modern F cars are very predictable and really unusable on our roads...

 

I think they are all quick designs to fill the OTT footballers and young mega rich internet, crypto and cheap loans demographics...

 

A Fugly car that sounds like a wet fart when you floor it with that price...Yeah Nah ...Rather pay through the nose to listen to the carby’s sing.....

 

Absolutely right, many new Ferrari’s too big and way too much power, useless on public roads pretty though

 

They sure are with all the sticky interiors they come with these days...Give me an old HOS any day...An F40 , 250 Lusso or Daytona would be my dream car...

I drove a Tributo a while ago and immediately felt happy in it but the power is insane for our micro-managed roads

Strangely it bottomed out like the GT4 and QV use to so maybe that is why it felt comfortable

 

Those two appear to be absolutely mind numbing to drive. Buckets of understeer and the only way to get the tail out is to pull the handbrake on?? Hopefully the rally edition GR addresses that.

And how does the WRX weigh nearly 1,600 kg?

Now I think about it, maybe some Hoosiers on the front and some Bob Jane Aussie All Rounders on the back.
