Is there anyone who has more info about this kinda F12 TRS coupé with Japanese style? Image Unavailable, Please Login First, is it real or not? And if yes what’s the story of this car? I could read on Facebook that is has been developed by Mattea Binoto, based on a F12tdf and its name is F125 TDE (Tour D’Espagne). Commissioned by a true enthusiast of the Testarossa, therefore he asked for an engine swap: F12 TRS boy like with a Testarossa engine. Car is supposed to be revealed soon... (It’s not an April fool, I really don’t know of real or not and that’s why I share to know more ).
As a car why not, as a Ferrari... Anyway that's an interesting project, let's see if it comes to life
The engine is arguably the best part of the F12tdf. You have to be out of your mind to swap it for a 380-435 hp low rpm/low compression Testarossa engine.
I would love to see how they fit a Testarossa engine behind the front wheel of an F12. Absolutely not doable in my opinion. And I can understand how you can love the Testarossa, but I dont think people really love it for its engine...
Bonjour Victor, It's definitely not the F12 TRS which is a spider Special Project model and completely different. That picture you showed could have been a photoshopped photo. Remove the rear wing, tame some details here and there and I like it. But I find the part of the Testarossa engine not beliable. Probably they took a F12 or 812 and rebodied it.
Congratulations to Sam, he possibly owns the best car collection in the world (which includes a F50 GT, a real unicorn in Ferrari's history).
Yeah, It's a pretty wild design. Hope to see it unveiled soon on IG, if Sam Li is the actual owner (even if his account is deactivated at the moment).
