My 2010 Italia has 23,000 miles !!!
Another bunch of happy miles. I am amazed at how comfortable this car always seems to be. Having owned earlier Ferrari's, there is a world of difference in the level of overall well-being after getting out of this buggy after an extended drive. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Congratulations... It may have been worth-less (as it was very well put before) several 10k miles ago. But in reality, it has been a powerful testament to your life and therefore, a very "worthful" price and cost. That car to you means more than it could ever mean to anybody else. Many blessings and many more s-miles. Hope to cross paths in one of these drives.
Love it! At some point worth less becomes worthless... but it’s been quite a journey....and hello from Festivals of Speed in Ocala, FL at the World Equestrian Center. Gonna be needing that F8 Spider soon. . Image Unavailable, Please Login
It is definitely worth less with the check engine light. Service due? Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Thanks for the kind words. its all about those extra SMILES for me! I see you in SoCAL. Lets drive soon ;-)
Well, apparently the camera on my flip phone isn't the best, but that says 40,000! 2015 458 Spider. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Ha! Congrats and I had no idea what the hell you were talking about, till you mentioned the mileage. lol How many miles did you buy her with? I bought mine in 3/20 w/ 4,400 on the clock and now have 7,200, so I drive her often for a "toy" as well. PS Had no idea you could put the speedo on the right screen, I'm going to do that.
Congratulations! My ‘15 458 Italia has 15,600 on it… Loving every “s-mile” I put on it! Every day is awesome when you drive a Ferrari! Cheers!
I know a local enthusiast that bought his 458 new in 2014 when I bought mine. I sold and traded for a 488 then a 488 spider. Two years ago (pre Covid) he hit 100,000 miles and is still going. Haven’t seen him but I’d bet he’s near 120,000 or more now.
While I was under 10,000 miles, I struggled to fully enjoy the car and add miles, because I was concerned about depreciation. I found it emotionally liberating to go past the 10,000 mile marker on my 458's odometer. Now that I think of my car as "worthless", I have no qualms about piling on more s-miles.
I am curious, how much does it "depreciates" once it hits 10k miles. The reason I ask is this: I am looking at a F8 and trying to decide to order one new or try to find one with mileage. It seems like all the used ones are going for the same price as new, so there isn't any reason to go used at the moment. I will drive it into the ground as a daily driver (gym / work / groceries / etc), no point to have it if I won't drive it every day...so it having it already depreciated a bit is nice...however having a perfect spec is nice as well...I can go either way. It is very tough to gauge the market, so I have been caught in between ordering and waiting.
